Derived from a digital capture of: promotional image. The creator of this digital version is irrelevant as the copyright in all equivalent images is still held by the same party. Copyright held by the film company or the artist. The image claimed as fair use regardless.

The image is significant because it was used to promote a notable 3-D color film noir produced in [1953]. Only a handful a color noirs were produced during the noir "classic period" (1940-1959).
The image of the actors--Robert Mitchum and Linda Darnell--is used as the film's primary means of visual identification of them in the Second Chance (1953 film) article.
