The image is a lower-resolution image than the original;
The image is being used for informational purposes about the interior of the TARDIS which was originally designed by Peter Brachacki for the BBC, this image shows a later design not by Peter Brachacki in contrast to the original;
No more free alternative exists;
The use of the image in these articles will have no effect on the copyright holder's commercial use of the image in question.
