"Meet Meline" tells the story of a little girl, named Meline, that will be faced with an extraordinary event. A strange little creature will appear on her life. The story follows this unusual encounter from the little girl's point of view.

  • Sebastien LABAN : Rigging/Skinning, Animation, Lighting, Rendering, Compositing.

[edit] The Production

Virginie GOYONS & Sebastien LABAN are working on "Meet Meline" since October 2006 during their spare time (nights and weekends). They have completed all the pre-production including writing the script, concepts, previz, characters and sets design, sound research etc. They are now on production, working on the 26 individual shots that compose the 6 minutes long 3d animated film.

They are working on AUTODESK Maya and AUTODESK Combustion, and editing it on ADOBE Premiere.

Meet Meline (2009) should be completed in early 2009.

Virginie Goyons is curently working at EDEN GAMES, a Video Game Company in France. She is the Lead 3D Environment on the video game "Alone in the Dark" for XBOX360 and PS3.

Sebastien LABAN is currently working at DIPLOMATIC-COVER as a 3D/Live Director and Art Director/Cinematographer.

This is the third film from Sebastien LABAN. He directed his 2 first animated short during his studies in 3D Animation.
