This is a rather biased and one-sided article, based on old scholarship, and incorporating caricatures of John Calvin and sixteenth-century Geneva. It makes Castellio the poster-boy of modern ideas of tolerance and diversity. It could use a serious re-write by someone knowledgable about Calvin and the Swiss Reformation. R. A.
