Sebi Spanks is the pseudonym of music producer and musician Sebastiano Properzi (born 1979).

Sebi Spanks is known for his collaboration with Adam Freeland's label Marine Parade Records. He worked with Adam Freeland remixing K-Swing & Beber's "This Is The Sound" single in 2007 which received support from the international dance scene.

In 2006 and 2007 he collaborated with British indie rock band The Electric City during the writing and production of songs off their forthcoming album including: "Electric City", "Waking Up the Sun", "Smoke Alarm" and "Medicine".

In 2006 he assisted on various projects at Andy Taylor Studios Ibiza, Spain.
