Sebastjan Cimirotič (born September 14, 1974) is a Slovenian football player. He played for Slovenia national football team and was a participant at the 2002 FIFA World Cup.

In the 2006-2007 season he played for NK Domžale. He has switched a lot of clubs. He is known for his dribbling skills and statements he gives to the media. He has debuted for Slovenia national football team on 25 March 1998 against Poland. He represented Slovenia at World Cup 2002, scoring in their 1-3 defeat to Spain in Jeonju. He has been plagued by injuries many times in his career.
