Sebastian J. Brook (born August 5, 1980 is an English actor best known for his role the Shania Twain music video for Party for Two.

Sebastian J. Brook (birth name, David Joseph Brook), was born in St Albans, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom. At six months, he moved with his mother to the French town of Chateau Thierry, where hs lived for 3 years before moving back to reside in England permanantly.

In 1996 Brook created the popular Doctor Who fan site, Doctor Who Online.
In 2003 Brook graduated from East 15 Acting School, with a BA in Acting. It was this year that he gained his first professional role as a Maitre'D in Holby City.
In 2004 Brook could be seen in the Shania Twain music video Party for Two, in which he played Shania's waiter. Later that year, Brook appeared in a commercial for the Ultimate Girls Night In Compilation CD, playing a Pizza guy who is ravaged by four partying girls.
In 2006 Brook joined forces with computer programmer, Paul A.T. Wislon to co-host the Doctor Who: DWO Whocast podcast, which is currently the most popular Doctor Who podcast in the world, according to iTunes[1].
In 2007 Brook lent his vocal talents to a Doctor Who spin-off adventure titled The Scarifyers: The Devil of Denge Marsh[2]., in which he played the role of Oliver Gambrell.
