Sebastian Colloredo (born 9 September 1987 in Gemona del Friuli) is an Italian ski jumper.
He has finished among the top 10 in the World Cup two times: In December 2005 (10th) in Harrachov, which was also his World Cup debut, and in December 2006 in Lillehammer (8th).
He participated in the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, where he finished 27th in the normal hill, 36th in the large hill and 11th in the team event.
