Sebastian Biederlack (born September 16, 1981 in Hamburg) is a field hockey player from Germany, who was a member of the Men's National Team that won the bronze medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece.

The midfielder from German club Club an der Alster made his international senior debut for the national team on July 10, 1999 in a friendly against South Korea in Leipzig. As of December 12, 2005, Biederlack earned 139 caps for his native country, in which he scored eleven goals.
