Sebastian Anefal

Sebastian Anefal (born January 21, 1952 in Gurur, Gilman municipality, Yap, Federated States of Micronesia) is a Micronesian politician. He became the foreign minister of Micronesia on September 5, 2003, when his nomination was approved by the Micronesian Congress. He was previously the secretary of the departments of resources and economic affairs. On January 10, 2007, he also became governor of Yap state. [1] He remained foreign minister of Micronesia until July 2007.
