Sebastián Cesar Helios Ribas Barbato (born March 11, 1988 in Montevideo) is an Uruguayan football (soccer) midfielder. He currently plays for F.C. Internazionale Milano.

He also played for Juventud de Las Piedras.

After scored the winning goal against Juventus' Primavera team in the Torneo di Viareggio, the Old Lady was likely to sign Ribas but was facing the 2006 Serie A scandal. Ribas signed with Inter instead.

He is the son of former Peñarol and Venezia head coach Julio César Ribas, and also has an Italian passport.[1]
