Sebastián Domínguez (born on July 29, 1980, in Buenos Aires) is an Argentine association football (soccer) player, who plays as a defender.

He started his professional career at Newell's Old Boys in 1998. In 2004 he helped Newell's to win the Apertura 2004 tournament.

In 2004 he moved to Sport Club Corinthians Paulista for £1.32 million[1] and joined fellow Argentinians Carlos Tevez and Javier Mascherano.

During the 2007 January transfer window Domínguez returned to Argentina to play for Estudiantes de La Plata.

Later in 2007, he was signed by mexican club América, where he currently plays. For his new team won the InterLiga.
