Seba Oasis was the test site of the OTRAG rockets at in Libya, after launching was no longer possible in Shaba North in Zaire (now Democratic Republic of Congo). In Seba Oasis on March 1, 1981 an OTRAG rocket with a maximum height of 50 km was launched.
