SEB Bank (Ukraine)

Open Joint Stock Company SEB Bank is a Ukrainian bank in the Swedish SEB Group. It was registred at the National Bank of Ukraine on October 2, 1991 under the name AGIO Bank (Ukrainian: АЖІО банк). This bank was acquired by SEB Vilniaus bankas in January 2005 and later renamed SEB Bank. In late 2007 SEB acquired Factorial Bank (Ukrainian: Факторіал-Банк) with offices in Kharkiv and eastern Ukraine. This bank is planned to be incorporated fully in SEB Bank during 2008. Today the SEB Group has 85 offices in Ukraine, but the plan is to open additional 20–25 offices per year so it will reach about 300 offices in the coming years.[1] [2] [3]
