Sebago Lake Station, Standish, ME; from a 1907 postcard published by the Hugh C. Leighton Company, Portland, Maine. Regular passenger service from Portland to Sebago Lake on the Portland & Ogdensburg Railroad began on September 12, 1870, and the station was built to handle the large influx of excursionists, especially during the summer months. The building no longer exists.
