I am trying to rewrite the article from a neutral point of view. as pointed out by Intgr.

Also on the Notability issue the Article is indeed applicable on this front.

Thank you for your effort. Did you read the notability policy (and the software part)? Does it have enough independent information available to establish notability? Just making sure that you're not wasting effort here.

[edit] Article title and framework name

For the moment the article title is Seagull Framework but the framework is referenced as Seagull all along. But the website clearly references it as Seagull PHP Framework and Seagull is only used as an abbreviation. So I think this article should be renamed to Seagull PHP Framework and think the article should start like this :

Seagull PHP Framework (Seagull) is a OOP PHP framework for building web...

If the official name of the framework is Seagull, then I think the article should be renamed to something like Seagull (framework). I'll contact its developers and ask their opinion regarding this issue. --Goa103 22:26, 6 April 2007 (UTC)
