I was on the cruise 5/27/2006 that had the Norovirus. The crew was good however they were overworked due to the illness. Room service on the ship was pretty much non-existent. The medical staff was very rude, probably because they were under stress. The clean up crews to remove vomit took many hours to clean up. Policy seemed to be that at the beginning of one cruise the linens for the beds for the next cruise were put under the bed, contamination and transfer to the next occupants of the cabin would seen highly likely.
