Seattle Sounders Women, also known as Seattle Sounders Saints or Seattle Sounders Starfire, is a professional American women’s soccer team, founded in 2003, which is a member of the United Soccer Leagues W-League, the premier women’s soccer league in the United States. The Sounders play in the Western Conference.

The Sounders play their home games at the Starfire Sports Complex in Tukwila, Washington, 6 miles south downtown Seattle. The team's colors are green and white.

The team is a sister organization of the men's Seattle Sounders team, which plays in the USL First Division.
