This is the first single by Cardiacs and was only released as a 12". It features 4 songs from The Seaside cassette album.

Some copies had a poster or the Cardiacs book as a free gift. Also, a very small number of "Seaside bags" were sold at concerts which contained the 12", the Cardiacs book, the Seaside Treats video, a poster, a badge and a stick of Cardiacs seaside rock!
