Seani B (born September 29, 1974) is a disc jockey on BBC 1Xtra digital radio, presenting a weekend show from 4-7pm on Saturdays and Sundays. He also covers for weekday presenters when they are away.

Seani began DJing in 1988 with his older brothers in the sound system, Limited Edition. As well as DJing, Seani B worked in record shops in West London where he experimented with his mixing skills across the black music genres. During this time, Seani B started his first programme on pirate radio station, Star FM where he played strictly hip-hop.

In 1994 he released a bootleg dancehall reggae remix of the Case and Foxy Brown track Touch Me, Tease Me. The success of this bootleg led to him teaming up and working with Kiss FM DJ David Rodigan to create mixes on Kiss FM.

His mixes, which consisted of dance hall beats combined with RnB and Hip Hop vocals, were heavily requested by listeners on Kiss throughout the day and demand grew for his unique sound. This prompted him to set up his own production company, Big League Productions. Subsequently, Seani B was able to take on official remix projects for the likes of Lauryn Hill, Pras, Beverley Knight, Shaggy and Rayvon amongst others.

In 2003, Seani B launched the label Big League with his first dancehall riddim entitled Spanish Fly that featured collaborations with Vybz Kartel, Sizzla, TOK, Beenie Man. The Tubby T version of Ready she ready was a UK smash.

Seani B still manages to DJ and host events around the UK and the world with many of the top reggae dancehall sound systems and selectors.

Seani B joined BBC 1Xtra in the summer of 2002.
