In 2006, Sean Wolfington was one of the top four finalists in the Ernst & Young annual “Entrepreneur of the Year" and his company received the "Innovative Company of the Year" Award.[1] In addition Wolfington is known to have founded two technology and Internet marketing companies:
- HAC Group, a parent company with DBAs Cyber Car and Automark, later acquired by Reynolds and Reynolds for $200 million.[2][dubious ]
- BZ Results which Wolfington was CEO of at the time of its acquisition by Automatic Data Processing for $125 million.[1].[3]
In addition Wolfington is co-owner of Metanoia Films, in conjunction with Eustace Wolfington, Director Alejandro Gomez Monteverde, former Fox Business Affairs executive Leo Severino, and Latin actor Eduardo Verastegui.[4] Metanoia Films owns half of the film Bella, and the other half is owned by a media investment company called the One Media group, which Wolfington owns.[5].
