SeaChange Interactive, located in Ft Washington, Pa., develops interactive application software for digital cable set-top boxes. The division was formerly known as Digital Video Arts, Ltd. and acquired in December of 1999.

On Demand Group, based in London, England, specializes in interactive media development, service and content management and television production.

ZQ Interactive, located in Shanghai, China, is an engineering organization focused on fulfilling the widely diversified requirements of international television operators with SeaChange platforms.

SeaChange was founded by Bill Styslinger, who serves as the Company's president and CEO. SeaChange's vision was built on developing personal television. Today, television operators from around the world [4] leverage SeaChange systems to manage, store and stream video content.
