Description	The Seafair Pirates at White Center Jubilee Days, White Center, Washington. Their boat, the Moby Duck, is a converted DUKW: a World War II-era amphibious landing craft. Although downtown White Center is technically just outside of Seattle city limits, the event is part of Seattle's Seafair (a series of annual summer events).
