There are some tips added to the top of the talk page on moving the article up through the quality scale. It's at B class now, so the next step would be to get it up to Good Article status; refer to the Good article standards for specifics on the qualifications and when the article is ready, nominate it (and address any concerns that are raised by the nomination).
Taking a quick look at the article right now, there are several notes that say {{citation needed}}; those will need to be cleaned up and referenced. There are no images. You mentioned on my talk page about one source; it would be helpful to follow up on this, just be sure that the images are properly sourced and carry a Wikipedia compatible license (the image use policy has more details here). Take a look at some of the existing GA-class and FA-class rail transport articles for examples of other articles we've taken up through the quality chain. Slambo (Speak) 11:21, 10 July 2006 (UTC)
