The Sociedad Deportiva Ponferradina is a Spanish soccer team based in Ponferrada, León. Founded on June 7, 1922, it currently competes in Segunda División B.
Its equipment consists of a blue and white striped shirt and blue shorts. The team plays its home matches in the "El Toralín" stadium, a soccer-specific stadium with a seating capacity of 6,123 spectators. It replaced the old "Fuentesnuevas" stadium, and was inaugurated on September 5, 2000 with a friendly match against Celta de Vigo.
