Sociedad Deportiva Indautxu is Spanish football club based in Bilbao. During their history, they have also been referred to as Sociedad Deportiva Indauchu or SD Indauchu. Originally founded in 1924, the club was disbanded in 1929 and then reformed in 1940. Apart from football, the club also promotes other sports such as boxing and swimming. They currently play in the Territorial Preferente - Vizcaya.

In 1955, inspired by ex-Athletic Bilbao players Zarra and Panizo and with another, Rafael Iriondo, as coach, the club made their debut in the Segunda División. They finished 3rd in 1957 and 1959 and 4th in 1958. They maintained their Segunda Division status until 1967 when they were relegated. SD Indautxu returned to the new single Segunda División in 1968. However they were relegated again in 1969.
