Corinne Chapelle is a young French American classical violinist. Born on 5 May 1976 to French parents (her mother is a professional musician), Chapelle was raised in the United States and started to play the violine at age 2 ½.

She studied at Menuhin Academy in London, England and at Juilliard School of Music, New York (Pinchas Zukerman class) following private lessons by Josef Gingold, Lorand Fenyves, Liana Isakadze and Igor Ozim. Currently, she's attending Ana Chumachenco's class at Hochschule für Musik und Theater München, Germany.

Among her prizes are Julius Stulberg International String Competition at Los Angeles Music Center Spotlight Awards (1st), International Music Fest Dietzenbach (1st), Liana Isakadze Violin Competition in St. Petersburg (2nd) and Montreal International Musical Competition, Canada (4th) in 2006[1].

She was awarded the Jascha Heifetz Violin Award in ....

Chapelle speaks fluently French, English and German.
