[edit] Longest Coaster Record?

According to the original press release for the ride from 1976, the ride was the longest rollercoaster at that point. Should the "Longest Coaster" box be added to it? I know that the park had a history of exagerating (At one point they claimed the Screamin' Eagle reached 70 MPH) but is their a longer coaster on record that was built before Screamin' Eagle?66.65.243.116 21:18, 15 June 2007 (UTC)
