The picture at Image:Jerry abramson.jpg is not from the mayor's office, and is released under a free (Creative Commons) license. If you are with the mayor's office, I can help you release a photograph of Abramson under the Creative Commons license, but the version you've uploaded at Image:Jerryabramson.jpg has no licensing information and will be deleted soon. Wikipedia images need to be either fair use (with rationales) or under a free license, see Wikipedia:Copyrights. This would probably be easier to explain over the phone, if you like I can give you a call or give you my number (assuming you're with the office or otherwise have authority to release the image). --W.marsh 02:42, 27 February 2007 (UTC)
