[edit] Image tagging for Image:Ac.kennett.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Ac.kennett.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the source and creator of the image on the image's description page, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided source information for them as well.

[edit] Image licencing
In relation to these edits [1] [2], please do not disrupt Wikipedia to illustrate a point. -- Longhair\talk 23:53, 1 January 2007 (UTC)
- Adam is treated the same as yourself by myself, with due respects. Clearly, this image is not a copyrighted image, being one Adam uploaded himself. Your edit summary of "Use of blatant ignorant copyright tags and the uploader should know that!!!" and editing of the image licence information is blatantly false. If you're unsure about image copyrights, I can help, but I'm not interested in cleaning up a mess left behind by yourself in relatiation against Adam's recent remarks at your talk page. If you take issue with those comments, there's dispute resolution processes to follow. Again, you are actively disrupting Wikipedia to illustrate a point. Your images are taken from websites, and uploaded as if they were in the public domain. Adam's contributions cleary aren't. -- Longhair\talk 04:07, 2 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Image:Ac.Michael Crutchfield.jpg listed for deletion
An image or media file that you uploaded or altered, Image:Ac.Michael Crutchfield.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Images and media for deletion. Please look there to see why this is (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you. — —Bkell (talk) 04:46, 2 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Images
I have not deleted any images you uploaded. Your malformed fair use in tags create a problem since the source url can't easily be seen, so I moved the url out of the tags. Images that came from google searches were tagged as no source since google image search is not useful source information. For your reference all images of living people that you wish to claim fair use for should have a fair use rationale on the image page; however chances are they may get deleted anyway since there is very little reason to use fair use images of living people.--Peta 02:02, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Unspecified source for Image:Ac.Adrian Jackson.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Ac.Adrian Jackson.jpg. I notice the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this file yourself, then there needs to be a justification explaining why we have the right to use it on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you did not create the file yourself, then you need to specify where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.
If the file also doesn't have a copyright tag, then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. MECU≈talk 03:23, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Image:Ac.Andre Haermeyer.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Ac.Andre Haermeyer.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the image description page and edit it to add
{{Replaceable fair use disputed}}
, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template. - On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that any fair use images which are replaceable by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. MECU≈talk 03:24, 3 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:Ac.EvanThornley.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:Ac.EvanThornley.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently specifies that the image is unlicensed for use on Wikipedia and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. MECU≈talk 03:25, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Ac.IngaPeulich.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Ac.IngaPeulich.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

[edit] Your retaliatory tagging of Adam Carr's images
Please do not do this, as it breaks our policy on not disrupting Wikipedia to make a point. You were wrong with the tagging of your own images, and Adam was simply the messenger. Continuing to carry on with this childishness will invariably end up with you getting blocked. Rebecca 02:54, 4 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Blocked
Copied from User:Rebecca's talk page:
- Go ahead and block me!!! Adam Carr did the same to me. You and Longhair can dispute as much as you guys like. You and all your politically motivated commies, fascists, lefties, righties (or as I like to call them - pricks!!!) can all go to hell. C'mon BLOCK ME!!!!! You guys are the most biased Wikiepdians in the world. If Ned Kelly was here - he would say - such an e-life. Scorpio80 09:30, 4 January 2007 (UTC)
Okay, I've made your day. This block is for the abusive personal attack on Rebecca and Longhair. I suggest you use the next 48 hours to cool down and figure out a more constructive solution to whatever is going on here than seeking to upset people. Hesperian 10:30, 4 January 2007 (UTC)
- ...and I thought I was one of the "good guys"? Sheesh.... -- Longhair\talk 10:36, 4 January 2007 (UTC)
Enough. In the light of your persistent violations of both copyright law and Wikipedia policy, and your abusive attitude towards other contributors, I have extended the block indefinitely. I suggest you find something else to do with your time. Rebecca 13:06, 4 January 2007 (UTC)
To LongHair- etu brute [[3]] see: Images from Scorpio80 - you are no longer a "good guy"!!!! You might be interested in this conversation at User talk:Scorpio80#Image licencing. It appears Scorpio80 is trawling your image contributions and seeking retribution for your recent comments towards him at his talk page. I've reverted a handful of his/her recent changes, but there may be more. -- Longhair\talk 04:11, 2 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:GlenEiraLogo.gif
Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:GlenEiraLogo.gif. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 04:27, 5 June 2007 (UTC)
