This template was considered for deletion on 2007 February 17. The result of the discussion was no consensus.

Why does this template even exist? There is a "Universities of the United Kingdom" template which obviously contains all of Scotland's universities!!!! This means that this template is redundant!!

I agree the Template Universities in the united Kingdom does have a section devoted to universities in Scotland so this template is only a duplicate. It is not needed at all. --Benjaminevans82 12:26, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
