[edit] Rename to Scouts Day

I think this could be expanded into a general article called Scouts Day, since there are different observances of this event in various countries (such as the St George's Day event in the UK where Scouters re-affirm their promise). Horus Kol 10:30, 5 October 2006 (UTC)
