[edit] Need for better information and current deletion nomination

To the original author: This article has been nominated as an Article for Deletion (AfD); see Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Scott_oliaro for discussion. But I think if you take the time to put a case together based on outside sources, you may have a legitimate case here. I did a quick Google search and found some background to work with, but I don't have the time to pursue it. The article is not worthy of keeping, but the subject, in my opinion, is. Any hope of getting better info in here? (P.S. If the person who wrote this IS Scott Oliaro, please have someone ELSE do the research and writing, else you are in violation of WP:COI and I'll be disappointed I supported you...)
