Aberdeen is a Scout District of The Scout Association in the United Kingdom, covering the city of Aberdeen and its environs in Scotland. The District Commissioner is Jacqui Duncan.

With the change in the structure of Scottish Scouting on 1st April 2008, Scouting in Aberdeen changed from being one Scout Area to a Scout District within the new North East Region.

Scouting in Aberdeen is supported by 2 Scout Fellowships, which assist in various activities throughout the district. The Green Room fellowship mainly supports the District's yearly Gang Show & the Templars' Fellowship maintain & staff the local campsite (see below).
[edit] Campsites
The Templars' Park Scout Campsite is located about 8 miles west of the city of Aberdeen, and is maintained by the City of Aberdeen Scout Council. The site has capacity for around 2,000 campers, as well as indoor accommodation. A number of Scouting activities are provided on site, including archery and pioneering, and there are also a number of local facilities providing other adventurous activities.
