Scott Wilson Williams is an American alleged serial killer who is accused of murdering and mutilating three prostitutes in Union county, North Carolina between 1997 and 2006.He has yet to go to trial.

The three victims were not all prostitutes. Two had been arrested in the past for it, and one had a record with other things on it, such as writing bad checks.
