Scott Sales

Scott Sales is currently the Speaker of the Montana House of Representatives. In the 2007 legislative session, along with House Majority Leader Michael Lange, he has led the opposition to Governor Brian Schweitzer's budget plan, which has forced the legislature into a special session. Sales is from Bozeman and has been known as a staunch fiscal conservative in the legislature. He is a possible opponent to Governor Schweitzer or US Senator Max Baucus, both up for reelection in 2008. Sales represents House District 68.
