Scott Martin Saavedra (born February 4, 1960 in Los Angeles, California) is an American illustrator and comic book cartoonist.
Creator of the popular "Dr. Radium" comic books and "Comic Book Heaven" fan magazine, Saavedra resides in Northern California with his wife and two kids.
