Scott Lawson (born September 28, 1981 in Lanark) is a Scottish rugby union player, who plays club rugby for Sale Sharks,after moving there from Glasgow Warriors, and internationally for Scotland. He plays as a hooker.

Scott started playing rugby with Biggar RFC he went through the the youth system and all the way to the first XV. He then moved to sign and play for the Glasgow Pro' team.

Lawson scored a try on his twelve cap for Scotland in 2007, in a match against Portugal. He was selected for the 2007 World Cup, and scored a try against Portugal in Scotland's opening match[1].
