Scott Crow is a community organizer, writer and trainer[clarify] based in Austin, Texas. He is the Co-founder of the Texas-based Radical Enceuntro Camp.[1] He co-produced a film on former Black Panthers entitled 3 Black Panthers and the Last slave Plantation.[2] He is the co-founder of Common Ground Collective [3] formed in New Orleans in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in 2005. He came under investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (F.B.I) for political activities and work in New Orleans during 2005-2006.[citation needed] His writings have been published in various magazines, online media throughout the United States and is the co-author, with Sue Hilderbrandt and Lisa Fithian, of "Common Ground Relief" in the 2007 book anthology What Lies Beneath: Katrina, Race, And the State of the Nation by Southend Press.[4] As of 2006 he is listed as an employee working at a worker run recycling center Ecology Action in Austin, Texas
