Scott Brown (born 8 May 1985 in Runcorn, England) is an English football midfielder, currently playing for Cheltenham Town. He signed for Bristol City from 2004 after being released by Everton when Brian Tinnion offered him a trial and later went on to sign a 2 year deal with City. He was also voted the Professional Footballers' Association Fans' Player of the Month for September 2006.
He joined Cheltenham Town, initially on a months loan, and signed permanently later that month, but broke his leg in a collision with teammate Damien Spencer in a match against his former team and was ruled out for the rest of the 2006-07 season.
