Scott Bower (born June 27, 1978, Port Angeles, Washington) is an American soccer player, who most recently played for the San Jose Earthquakes of Major League Soccer.

Scott played college soccer at Stetson University from 1996 to 1997 and then at Clemson University in 1998. He left his senior year to sign for Project-40 where he was acquired by the then-San Jose Clash.

Although promising, Bower did not see a lot of playing time. In the middle of the 2002 season he was loaned to the Portland Timbers of the A-League where he played in 4 games, earning one assist. At the end of the 2002 season, the Earthquakes placed Scott on waivers.

Bower is a past member of the United States' U-23 national team.
