Scot Palmer is an Australian sports journalist.
A long-time writer for the Herald Sun, he is best known as a columnist for the "Punchlines" segment in the Herald Sun Sport section on Sunday. He has also appeared on the Seven Network as a regular during half-time breaks of AFL matches in the late 1990s. In this segment he used his now famous phrase "Keep on punchin', Sandy".
