Scorpion Bay Hot Sauce

A hot sauce company who produce several varieties of thick sauces. The Scorpion Bay name comes from a surfing hotspot in Baja, Mexico. They currently feature three hot sauces. HotAcado an avocado based hot sauce. Chocopotle a Chipotle hot sauce with chocolate and De Arbol a sauce made with De Arbol chilies styled after sauces found in the Baja region of Mexico.
The company is based in Carlsbad, California, and is owned by Robert Burns.
