From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Score Inverness was formed by the Scottish Radio Holdings group in order to operate one of the DAB ensembles for the Inverness area operating on 218.64MHz. As such it transmits the commercial stations MFR and MFR Digital (which carries 3C - Continuous Cool Country (Now Defunct) - during the day) and also BBC Radio Nan Gaidheal and BBC Radio Scotland for the BBC. Scottish Radio Holdings was purchased by EMAP Radio on 21st June 2005.

Other DAB multiplexes in the Inverness are operated by the BBC and Digital One. All these are transmitted from the Mounteagle transmitting station.
