Scolecomorphus vittatus is a species of caecilian in the Scolecomorphidae family. It is endemic to Tanzania. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, plantations , rural gardens, and heavily degraded former forest.
