Category talk:Scottish spies

The Category:English spies inlcudes only spies from before the Act of Union, and states that all spies after thet should be in Category:British spies. Wouldn't it make sense to mirror this for Scottish spies and move the admirable Pinkerton etc to the British sections? The artilce , of course, will discuss their nationality.
