[edit] New
I am a new contributor to Wikipedia, and an administrator is ignoring me, removing my discussions on talk page and using the vandal revert button on my contributions. (I looked up "revert" in the glossary and it said he used the administrative rollback feature which is reserved for vandalism. Does this mean the Wiki software is going to flag me as a vandal now?) I thought it was reasonable to edit a page (which I was encouraged to do) and I am beaten to the ground by the seniors. Now he's ignoring me. Please help.
- You vandalised Wikipedia. You got reverted. Get over it. Nick 21:49, 8 July 2007 (UTC)
- What Nick I think is trying to say, is that the reversions were justified. It does seem that you 'vandalised' Wikipedia - your edits were compairable with the kind that malicious vandals do - such as calls critics heroes and calling a person a fraud or quack. In Wikipedia we have to maintain a neutral point of view in our enyclopaedic articles, and furthermore with articles on actual people it becomes more serious because Wikipedia can't afford to be sued - so we become even more fussy. See if you can do constructive edits from now on. Rfwoolf 21:55, 8 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] WP:NPA warning
Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. However, we remind you not to attack other editors. Please comment on the contributions and not the contributors. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. ≈ jossi ≈ (talk) 23:34, 8 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Your recent request for checkuser
You recently requested a checkuser to be performed on your self, and another account to prove your innocence. These type of requests (proving innocence) are not permitted, so your request has been moved to the "Non-Compliant" section of the WP:RFCU page. A link to your case is here. Have a good day. GrooveDog (talk) 16:38, 13 July 2007 (UTC), checkuser clerk.
[edit] Puppetry aside..
I don't know, or care, if you're a new account created by an old user. It looks from your contributions like this is very likely, but I'm willing to just disregard that issue. However, your contributions have been problematic, starting with the very first edit by this account. Please observe the neutral point of view policy. Also, stop complaining at other editors about "censoring" you- all editors are expected to try to improve the project, and yes, this sometimes includes removing inappropriate or irrelevant edits. - I agree. The antagonistic nature of the Users edits suggested a possible sock puppet to me. I made mention of this on a Talk page, clarified my intention to the User, and notified an admin of possible puppetry. Now I'm done with this. - LuckyLouie 22:08, 13 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] July 2007
Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did to User talk:LuckyLouie. Your edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Wikidudeman (talk) 01:13, 14 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Calm down!
If you don't want to contribute to Wikipedia then that's fine. But we don't need to block you. Peace. Theresa Knott | Taste the Korn 16:51, 14 July 2007 (UTC)
