It is an article giving information about a national science monthly published from India. It is no more an advertisement than articles about other science magazines e.g. Scientific American or New Scientist unless you adopt an attitude that anything related to science that is not published in US or Europe in not worthy of mention in wikipediaVig vimarsh 07:32, 30 July 2007 (UTC)
It does read like an advertisement. Having an article about it is perfectly fine, but not one that looks like it was copied from their own promotional materials (parts written in the first person, use of superlatives, parts that read like a mission statement, not many hard facts, no references, etc.) --Itub 10:16, 28 August 2007 (UTC)
