Scissurella stellae is a species of minute sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusc in the family Scissurellidae.

This species is endemic to Fiordland in the South Island of New Zealand.

This scissurellid is found at depths of between 3 and 10 m.
[edit] Shell description
The shell is minute, white, similar to Scissurella fairchildi, but with a sunken spire, oblique axials, 15 on the body whorl, and spiral threads on the lower base and just within the umbilicus.
The shell height is up to 0.7 mm, and width up to 1.2 mm.
