Science Noodles are a brand of ramen that is marketed in Taiwan by the Uni-President Corporation. It is the first of its kind. They are meant to be eaten from the bag although you can cook it the traditional method. You crush the noodles and then add in seasoning. The normal cost of one packet is 8 NT or New Taiwaneese Dollars.
